Sports Recovery

Athletics are very demanding and produce a lot of stress on the body. L2 Athletic Development provides sports recovery from injuries, nagging pain or your last workout.  We also offer pre and post event sports massage treatments. L2’s athletic based approach gets you back faster and at a higher level.

Training, competition and being a professional has a way of over loading your body with stressors’ that could limit max potential in performance. Deficits can appear in the nervous, muscular and skeletal system in
the form of neuromuscular imbalances and skeletal misalignment.

Athletic Development

Our programs are designed to create and strong foundational background that any sport can be expanded upon.  We educate our youth athletes with proper terminology of motion and anatomical structures. It is difficult and unfair for athletes to be asked to perform a task correctly if they do not have a clear understanding of what’s been asked of them.  Our goal is to give our clients mental and physical tools to be successful.

Our programs also include:

  • Mobility, flexibility and stability training
  • Strength and power training
  • Speed and agility
  • Sports specific drills and conditioning

Continuing Education

L2 Athletic Development is a big believer in continuing pursuit of knowledge to increase the skill sets of PT’s, PTA’s, OT’s, COTA’s, and Athletic trainers and more, to improve the quality of treatments and services we provide.  We now offer CEU’s, training courses, access to programs to provide HEP, Tele health and more at discounted rates through our partnership with MedBridge.
